Our members receive regular email blasts with exclusive offers such as free water tests, discounted water heater flushes and off-season system check specials.
Priority Service in an Emergency
When you are in need of an emergency* service call, we will waive the emergency fee for afterhours and on holidays, and your call will be scheduled ahead of non-members. Standard service fees apply and we do not dispatch on Sundays.
Discounts
Members receive a 15% discount on heating and plumbing service for as long as the membership is active and paid in full.
Transferable
If you move home, your membership can be moved to the new address or can stay active for the remaining membership period for the new homeowner.
Renewal
After paying for your first year upfront, you have the option to either renew on an annual or monthly payment plan. If you decide to renew on a monthly payment plan, your membership will remain active as long as we have a valid credit card on file for the monthly payments at $12.95/month.

Reduced Price on Annual System Checks
Includes a full heating system check for up to one heating system per property and a complimentary plumbing system check for up to 4 bathrooms.
- Additional Heating System = $25/system
- Additional Bathrooms = $10/bathroom
System check appointments are subject to availability and are performed between May and September.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing via letter or email 30 days prior to the billing cycle. Billing is done on the 20th of every month. Early cancellation fees may apply.
Membership Notes
You will be scheduled based on the severity of the emergency and our availability based on other Service Partner Program Member appointments, which may not mean immediate/same-day service.
Emergencies are defined as an active situation that cannot be isolated where there is severe damage being caused to the property and/or a health or safety risk to the people residing at the property.
Examples of an emergency:
- No heat (in winter)
- No hot water (in winter)
- No water
- Sewage backup into living space
Examples of jobs that are not an emergency:
- Clogged toilet (in multi-toilet property)
- Clogged sink
- No heat (summer)
- No hot water (summer)
The SPP membership is assigned to a single address. Multi-property owners will need to purchase one membership per property.
