Annual Membership Fee = $155.40

Exclusive Member Offers - Each month our members receive exclusive offers via e-mail. Offers like free water tests, water heater flush, and off-season system check specials will be right in your inbox!

Discounts! - Members receive a 15% discount on heating and plumbing services for as long as our Service Partner relationship remains effective.

Priority Service for emergencies with no emergency service fees - When you are in need of an emergency service call, we waive the $99 emergency fee and your call will be scheduled ahead of non-members. Standard service fees apply. We do not dispatch on Sundays.  50% off Holiday Service Fees (non-member pricing = $150.00) for emergency calls on New Year's Day, Memorial Day,  Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Transferable - If you move, your Service Partner agreement can either be transferred to your new Grand County home, or stay in effect for the new home owner. Your choice!

Renewal - After the first year, you will have the option to either renew on an annual payment plan at $155.40, or on a monthly payment plan billed at $12.95 a month, which will remain active as long as we have a valid credit card on file.

Becoming a Member Is Easy

Step 1:
Become a member! When you have a technician on site, he can enroll you into our Service Partner Plan. If you don't already have a scheduled appointment, call our office and we can get you set up over the phone!

Step 2:
Call our office and speak with our Customer Service Representative to schedule your system check. There are limited appointments available so schedule early! * Black out Dates apply.

Step 3:
Choose your system check add ons! Customize your service by selecting additional services offered to our members and save an additional 5% (Day of system check only. Not valid on a return trip) .

Includes a full heating system check on one heating system and a complimentary plumbing system check for up to 4 bathrooms in the property. (Does not include glycol boost.) Service fee applies and is subject to availability; black out dates apply. 

Additional Systems - $25 for each additional furnace or boiler and $10 for each additional bathroom.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be received in writing via letter or email 30 days prior to billing cycle (20th of each month). Early cancellation fees may apply.
